$100 Trial Terms & Conditions

Caregiver struggling to move patient, risking back injury? We have different models of Transfer chairs to meet different patient's conditions and ease caregiver stress and burden in moving patient between places.

Not sure which model to buy? Worry bought wrong or unsuitable model? Try our $100 Onsite Trial first. Select the model you would like to trial, we will contact you to assess patient's conditions and recommend you other model if the model you selected is not suitable. Upon confirmation of the right model, we will bring the equipment to your place to try on patient as well as training the caregiver how to operate the Transfer chair. After the trial, if you find the model is suitable, you can proceed to place order for the model and we will refund you the $100 trial fee. PURCHASE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM TRIAL DATE TO QUALIFY FOR THE $100 TRIAL FEE REFUND. If you decided not to buy, the $100 trial fee will be used to pay for our transportation and labour. If you find the model not suitable and would like to trial another model, you can placed another $100 trial order with the other model. Please note that we only refund $100 if you trial few models and buy the preferred model. For any clarification, please contact Steven at 90252132.
